Kepdesk helps independent psychologists and other practitioners keep their schedule, clients, session notes and payments in one place — no spreadsheets, no paper logs.
What Kepdesk does
Everything for day-to-day client work, from booking a session to getting paid.
Session schedule
A calendar for individual and group sessions, with your own session types, each with its price and length. Cancelled sessions stay in the history.
Client records
Contacts, reason for contact, session history and status: active, paused or completed. For children — parent or guardian contacts.
Session notes
CBT, Gestalt, EMDR or your own templates. Note text is stored encrypted on the server.
Payments and packages
Mark sessions as paid, sell session packages and see your income for any period in the Finance tab.
Client reminders
Clients connect the Telegram bot with a QR code, get session reminders and can confirm or decline a session.
Your data stays yours
Export your data and notes, export sessions to a calendar, delete your account in the app or on this website.
Privacy
Session notes are sensitive data. Kepdesk is built with GDPR requirements in mind.
- Only the account owner has access to their data.
- Note text and other free-text records about clients are encrypted on the server.
- A client's data can be anonymised on request, and the whole account can be deleted with all its data.

Who is it for?
Psychologists and psychotherapists running their own private practice. We plan to support other practitioners who work with clients by appointment later.
How much does it cost?
There is a free plan and a Pro subscription with a trial period. The subscription is bought and cancelled only through Google Play; the current price is shown in the app and on Google Play.
Is there an iPhone version?
Android only for now. An iOS version is planned.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Without the app: at kepdesk.app/delete-account. The account can be restored within 30 days; after that the data is deleted for good.
